Privacy Policy

Information you enter in the confidentiality agreement, including your proof of funds or property portfolio, is stored privately and seen only by Rick Lahkar. It is never shared with advertising platforms.

Advertising measurement

For visitors in the United States and other regions where it is permitted, this site uses the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, for Facebook and Instagram ads) and the LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn). These tools use cookies to record page visits and when an agreement is signed, so we can measure which ads work and show ads to past visitors. No name, email, phone or financial details are sent. These tools are not loaded for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland.

Your choices

You can opt out of ad tracking in your browser settings, through Meta's and LinkedIn's ad preferences, or by contacting Rick Lahkar at rick.lahkar@expcommercial.com or 925-888-2731.
